| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I discussed the alert with Michael Cho and he said they shocked the well twice. He also had a well service check the well. He will contact the well service again to discuss corrective action. We discussed disinfect ion options. He will discuss the options with the well service. I reminded him to one source sample from the well instead of 4 repeats and 5 routines the following month. I also asked him to post another public notice and send in a copy to the state.
