| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli DETAILS: I contacted Mr. Hughes and informed him of the Ecoli positive test result at the source, spring #1. Mr. Hughes decided to do 4 log disinfection and chlorine residual monitoring in accordance with the Groundwater Rule. He will send in the form to the state. I emailed him at the end of each month. He understands that the minimum chlorine residual each day must be 1 ppm at the 1st user. He will record the result each day on the form. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
