| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to positive coliform DETAILS: I contacted the church and left message about taking the repeat samples ASAP. I also reminded them to not shock the well prior to taking the repeats. Jennifer called back and left a message that they had already taken the repeat samples. It was still unclear if they had shocked the well prior to taking the samples so I called and left another message. 4/18/12 I spoke to Jennifer who said they did not shock the well but that they forgot to take a source sample. I explained they would receive a violation for that but that it would be resolved following the 3rd quarter if the sampling was complete. I updated the coliform sampling plan and mailed the system a copy ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
