Details: SUMMARY: Regarding high system score DETAILS: After reviewing system scores, this system is above the threshold of 15 and required contact to communicate the with system operator of required sampling frequencies. ACTION NEEDED: Spoke with operator and he had obtained the correct sample bottles and would collect the nitrate prior to end of month. He also stated that list of nitrate samples was incomplete and would forward the missing data to me for submission
