| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat coliform sampling results DETAILS: Michelle called to discuss the fact that their repeat sampling from over the weekend resulted in positive coliforms in the distribution sample and ND in the wellhead sample. We discussed the requirement for corrective action (typically shock chlorination of well and distribution system) and MCL violation requiring Tier 2 public notice. We also discussed the requirement for 5 routine coliform samples in June. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for completion of followup testing after shock chlorination, and documentation of public notice. | ||
