| Details: | SUMMARY: High system score due to non-reporting of nitrate results DETAILS: Did not reach Duane Hand (listed as contact) but spoke to the woman who answered at that phone number (sorry I did not get her name!). I let her know we have not received nitrate results in for a couple years, so they are racking up violations. She said they have been taking the nitrate samples. So I directed her to phone her lab and make sure they have been reporting the results to the state. We also spoke about their systems quarterly coliform sampling. I confirmed that they only need to take one coliform sample per quarter, even though they have two wells. ACTION NEEDED: She will phone the lab tomorrow and look into their reporting of the nitrate sample results to the state Drinking Water Program. | ||
