| Details: | SUMMARY: Operator received violation card & phoned in DETAILS: Operator received a violation card and wanted to understand what had happened. I looked up his violiation, which was for not taking a coliform sample during the first quarter of 2012. He had taken one sample before (December 30, 2011) and just after (April 3, 2012) the first quarter, but none during January, February or March. I told him how to find his system within Data Online (he thought he needed the PWS ID number). The April 3rd sample will count as his second quarter sample, so I let him know he does not need to take another one till the July-August-September quarter. I also told him that the violation would be automatically corrected after two quarterly coliform samples are submitted correctly. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
