| Details: | SUMMARY: System survey follow up DETAILS: the original survey date was 3/1/11. The operator has placed screening on the wellhead vent. The fire suppression back flow device has been tested. Operator faxed over receipts for the testing on 4/26/11. The remaining deficiencies are violations that need to be returned to compliance (RTC). I will email the state to manually RTC the remaining public notice violations. This resolves all of the deficiencies from the 3/1/11 survey. ACTION NEEDED: Email the state to RTC the public notice violations. | ||
