| Details: | SUMMARY: Resolution for monitoring violation DETAILS: System sampled for Di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate on 3/27/12 and reported to the state on 4/2/12. The sample results was non detect. I will let John know they can go onto annual sampling. The violation has been returned to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Submit a chemical change request form to switch system to annual sampling. | ||
