Details: SUMMARY: Non reporting DBP DETAILS: I received phone call form James Nusrala that 2 samples for 1st quarter were not received by the state. I talked to micah Rogers and he said samples were done on 2/15/12 and sent to Alexin Lab on 2/17/12. I called Alexin and spoke with Kathy about sampling protocol. ACTION NEEDED: none
