| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory assistance DETAILS: Result of special sample collected 4/17/12 was positive for total coliform. Jim Nash of Stutzman Services stated he has replaced well seal, well vent, pressure gauge and associated plumbing at well head. Store has posted a public notice as required. A copy will be emailed to me for verification. Mr. Nash is planning to shock chlorinate again this weekend, flush system, and submit another special sample next week and will call with results. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 5 routine samples in the month of May 2012 | ||
