| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive routine coliform 4/23/12 DETAILS: I called Mike Stone and left message letting him know to take the triggered source sample at the well head and 3 repeats in the distribution system ASAP. I also mailed the sampling protocol. I let him know to take 5 temporary samples for the month of May ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and respond if necessary. | ||
