| Details: | SUMMARY: System survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: I assisted Donna with the CCR on 3/30/12 and mailed in the completed copy along with the certification form on 3/30/12. System now has an approved cross connection ordinance. The system has the 2011 lead and copper sampling completed. The system has installed a raw sample tap on well #1. The system is working on the Annual Summary Report (ASR) with Michael Perry. ACTION NEEDED: System has resolved all but the ASR deficiency. She showed me the completed form on her desk and I let her know it needs to go to Michael Perry at the state. | ||
