| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead and copper above 90th percentile at 0.0262 DETAILS: Spoke to Paul about the situation and also to Jay MacPherson and Karen Kelley. Paul will be replacing the fixtures that tested high. If levels breach the 90th percentile on the next six month round then Jay stated we will need to talk about caustic soda for Ph adjustment. Paul would prefer not to install another chemical treatment if at all possible. I spoke to Karen about testing the replaced fixtures. She stated they should be tested when they have been replaced. They will not count as regulator samples but will give an indication if the new fixtures helped lower lead levels. The operator understands that two six months rounds with levels below the 90th percentile must be achieved. The next sample set will occur before the end of September. Public notice will be provided as per state rule. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor plumbing replacement samples and six month samples. | ||
