| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli DETAILS: Contacted Janene and let her know the sample was ecoli positive for sample date 11/11/11. I let her know they need to get a triggered source sample at eh well head and 3 repeats She said the lab had notified the system and would be out to take the follow up samples. I let her know that if any of the follow up sampling came back positive the system would be on a boil water notice. I faxed Janene the boil water template in case any of the follow up samples are positive. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and respond if necessary | ||
