| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 4/6/12 DETAILS: Fred called this office about the positive coliform sample. He indicated that he believes the positive was from the hose that he used as a sample location. I let him know he never wants to sample out of a hose. I went over proper sampling protocol and locations. I let him know to take one sample at the well head and 3 repeats. He said he would take a follow up sample. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor and respond if necessary. | ||
