| Details: | SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan (ERP) DETAILS: Mr Rfaff in the office submitted documents requested during the 6/16/10 survey. Required documents included ERP, Enabling Authority and Annual Summary Report. All of these items were submitted and I reviewed the ERP and it looked complete. The ASR and the EA =had already been sent to DWP. (Missing plan review for new well was submitted and approved on 2/15/12) ACTION NEEDED: Continued annual ASR and updating all written plans as needed. | ||
