| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive routine coliform sample 3/27/12 DETAILS: I emailed Dan to let him know the routine sample was positive. I let him know that 4 repeat samples will be needed in the distribution system ASAP. No triggered source would be needed since the system trucks in water from the surface water system City of Clatskanie, # 4100194. If all of the repeat sample are negative for coliform then 5 temporary routine samples will be needed for April. Update: 4/12/12 Dan emailed me back to let me know the follow up sample had been taken and results should be back soon. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up results and respond if necessary. | ||
