| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Routine Positive Sample DETAILS: Paul Yoder called to report they they just received results for a total coliform positive (e-coli negative) routine distribution sample. I advised him to take 4 repeat samples, one from the well and three more from the distribution system. He asked about shock chlorinating the system, and I explained that he should take the repeat samples first to confirm if there is a water quality problem. I said if he wanted to shock chlorinate the system after taking the repeat samples he could, but it may not be necessary. I also explained that he would need to take 5 more routine samples next month (June, 2012). ACTION NEEDED: System to take repeat samples and notify DWP/Clackamas county of results. | ||
