| Details: | SUMMARY: All 5 temp routines total coliform positive - same sample tap DETAILS: Spoke with Mike on 5/4/12. System will batch chlorinate with 2 cups of bleach. Need to wait at least a week before collecting 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample. 5 temp. routines due in June. Spoke with Ed on 5/7 to verify what instructions I had given to Mike. Water at school still had a chlorine smell. ACTION NEEDED: Batch chlorinate and take 3 repeat and 1 triggered source sample . 5 routine due in June | ||
