| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed coliform requirements DETAILS: Scott called because he received a postcard about the 4th quarter violation for coliform. Scott is the new contact for the system. I explained that because he is open until October 31, he needs to take a 4th quarter sample. The system has already sampled April 6, 2012.
