| Details: | SUMMARY: Resolution of violation DETAILS: This violation was addressed during the 4/19/12 system survey. The system sampled for DBPs on 8/11/11 and reported to the state on 8/22/11. I emailed Chuck Michael on 4/27/12 for the DBP violation to be returned to compliance (RTCd) The violation has been RTCd. This resolves the violations from the 4/19/12 ACTION NEEDED: I will submit a chemical schedule reduction form to reduce DBP sampling to 3 years since the results were no detect for both HAA5 and TTHM | ||
