| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: System received violation for no coliform for March 2012. System did take sample 3/30/12 but it was not reported to the state until 4/16/12 Called opoerator and discussed sampling earlier to get sample results in by the 10th of following month. ACTION NEEDED: Continued monthly sampling and get results to state by the 10th of the next month. Will automatically return to compliance with April result. | ||
