| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Positive coliform sample 4/30/12. 9am called Leo and he had already ordered additional sample containers to be fed exed by the lab, expected today. ACTION NEEDED: He was instructed to take 4 additional treated water samples preferably from more than one point in the system and to take one untreated source sample. The four should be marked as repeats and the source as triggered. Leo said he bleach treats the tap before taking a sample. | ||
