System will obtain 3 repeat samples from distribution and 1 triggered source sample on 4/6/12 and submitted for testing. Mr. Bangert stated the well pump had been replaces during the same week the routine sample was obtained. ACTION NEEDED: Submit 5 routine samples by 4/20/12 provided repeat samples are clean. | ||
