| Details: | SUMMARY: Respond to coliform alert DETAILS: spoke with Cyndy on 4/30/12. Cyndy has been on vacation for the last 2 weeks and the facility has been using bottled water. I let Cyndy know that she can shock the well and make sure the bleach makes it out to all the lines and let it sit over night. After 5 days she may then take the 5 temporary routine samples including one from the well. ACTION NEEDED: 5 temporary routine samples will be submitted in May. | ||
