| Details: | SUMMARY: total coliform positive routine sample DETAILS: System had a total coliform positive routine sample on 5/1/12. 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample were collected on 5/7/12 and all were absent for bacteria. Due to a power outage, the chlorinator had shut down and the system was not aware it had not reset itself and come back on. Chlorinator was back on-line on 5/5/12. System is aware to be checking the chlorine residuals at a minimum of twice/week. The chlorine solution tank needs to be checked at least twice/week. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routine samples in June. Check chlorine residuals as required and also inspect chlorine storage tank regularly. | ||
