Details:	Pastor Steve Berry from Alston Corners Assembly of God had questions regarding guidance on the completion of the Coliform Sampling Plan as well as the Operation & Maintenance Manual for the system. I called and spoke with Steve, and told him that on the Coliform Sampling Plan form, they can fill in the blanks for the sampling locations. Whereas the O&M Manual instructions show the different categories or chapters to complete in order to finish the manual. I forwarded the templates and instructions for both the Coliform Sampling Plan and Operation and Maintenance Manual to Steve via email.
