| Details: | SUMMARY: Followup to Alert Coli10532 DETAILS: Bill Bingle returned my phone call from this morning. He noted that the water system has taken several steps - ordering replacement parts for the chlorinator (which is broken) and issuing a public notice to all connections. He noted that the public notice that was put out didnt have the required language but that he would be issuing the mandatory language in a new public notice today. He will provide a copy to Polk County Health Department. Once the chlorinator is fixed, he will take samples. Note that the system will remain on a boil until Polk County reviews sample results and ends the boil water notice. System will receive violation for not taking repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: Polk County to follow up on June 11, 2012. | ||
