| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Spoke with Carol regarding the TC positive result from the routine sample collected 6/6/12. Reviewed follow up sampling requirements for three repeat samples from the distribution system and one triggered source sample from well #3. Carol will collect the samples Monday 6/11. Also noted that five routine samples will be required in July. ACTION NEEDED: Further actions to be determined based on repeat/source sample results. | ||
