| Details: | SUMMARY: Discuss coliform violations DETAILS: Gregg called because he was frustrate that he was receiving violations for not taking monthly source samples. He said he did not receive the letter telling him he needed to dot eh sampling and this was the first postcard he had received. He wants the violations removed from the system. I explained that I was not aware that he had received the violations either and that I had already put in a call to Chuck M. 5/14/12 spoke to Chuck M and he spoke to Paul from his department about making sure the source violations get added to the list that we view when the violations are validated by Chuck ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
