| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli routine DETAILS: Had some trouble locating someone to be in charge of colleting repeats. Dave Edel, listed contact, is apparently not longer the contact. Spoke with Nick who assured me that they had the sample bottles and water would be sampled on 4/19 and submitted to lab. I reviewed sampling protocol with him. He gave me Rod Edel 541-829-9345 as new contact. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 samples and mark them repeat. Take on at source or as close to source as possible, non treated, and mark triggered. They need to be within 24 hours of notification of the positive for Ecoli. In May, you will need to take 5 more samples and mark them temporary routine. If any of the repeats are Ecoli positive you will need to issue a tier 1 public notice | ||
