| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeats Ecoli in distribution source positive for coliform additional repeat positive coliform DETAILS: This system does not chlorinate, has no reservoirs, does have pressure tanks. Discussed process to follow after positive repeats for Ecoli. Sent template for boil water notice posting requirements and requirement to send to the state. Notify patrons of Ecoli positive. He may close facility as use is very low at this time of year. ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice today Tier 1 exceeds mcl for fecal coliform. Send copy of notice to state. Inform all patrons not to drink or brush teeth with water. Disinfect well. After the process is complete, make sure there is 0 ppm chlorine detected before taking any samples. Mark these samples special. If they are negative, boil water notice may be removed. If positive, need to investigate reason for the coliform occurrence. Need to take 5 temporary routines in May | ||
