| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive routine coliform 5/2/12 DETAILS: I contacted Karen Leben, as she inspects the restaurant and mobile unit that this water system serves. I let her know about the routine positive sample she said she would stop by the restaurant to let Ed know and help him with follow up samples. Karen let me know that she told Ed they system would need one source sample at the well head and three repeat samples in the distribution system. Karen also discussed in depth proper sampling technique and picking sampling locations. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor repeat sampling results and follow up as necessary. | ||
