| Details: | SUMMARY: Respond to coliform alert DETAILS: Spoke to Mike about the alert. Because of the location of the well and lack of a sample tap on the well he will take it at the closest spigot. Because it is close to the ground I suggested placing plastic around area to prevent possible contamination on the spigot. I also informed him that we would also need 3 more sample within the distribution and explained were to take them. ACTION NEEDED: Mike will submit samples today. | ||
