| Details: | SUMMARY: Request for system to be returned to compliance (RTCd) DETAILS: I am requesting system be RTCd after system was positive for Ecoli on June 9. June 14th Kenetiko visited the well and discovered the well had been vandalized, this was reported to the police and a report was filed. It was found that the well head had been filled with manure and the main distribution pipe was also filled with manure. The well was shocked twice which sample tests were still positive. The well was shocked with a 7% concentration samples tests were still positive. The well was blown out and shocked again. August 1st it was found that the source was clean but eh distribution was still testing positive so the lines were treated and since that time there have bee 2 routine quarter samples showing the absence of coliform and Ecoli., ACTION NEEDED: State to manually return system to compliance. | ||
