| Details: | SUMMARY: April samples, 2 were Ecoli DETAILS: The routine samples showed 2 of the samples were positive for Ecoli and 3 for total coliforms. The operator placed a boil water on the system by direct notification. Sunday the 29th at 7pm the reservoir was batch chlorinated and the chlorine was moved through distribution over the next day ACTION NEEDED: Emailed Phil and told him he needed 5 temporary routines in may and one or two triggered samples depending how many wells they were using at the time of the original April 25thsample date. I am following up for Kevin who mad the original contact. | ||
