Details:	SUMMARY: Phone regarding March colifomr MCl DETAILS: We contacted Davie to discuss the March coliform. David reported that plant growth was observed again inside the spring box. David reported his intent to enter the spring and remove the debris. We also raised the issue of outstanding significant deficiencies specifically the spring sanitary seal. We stated that another letter would be sent to discuss the matter. The call was suddenly dropped…a returned call was not answered. A voice mail was left with David. ACTION NEEDED: David was advised that he shall issue a tier 2 public notice within 30 days. David was advised that we recommend that he pursue a more permanent correction than simply removing plant growth and chlorine shocking the spring.
