| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: During my last site visit I asked Jim to inform me when he put the spring back on line since at the time there was an electrical problem in the pump house. Jim failed to inform me so when the assessment sample was taken for the spring it showed the source was still off line. This sour been used since the first week in March ACTION NEEDED: Re-activate the source. Chlorine residuals in distribution are approximately 1 ppm being measured by Gary 541-980-5506 | ||
