Details: SUMMARY: Follow up for nitrate detection DETAILS: Test results show 6.6 ppm, I spoke to operator and will have them test for 3 more quarters to see if levels stabilize. We will choose the quarter that is the highest to have further testing done on an annual basis if these levels so not exceed the MCL ACTION NEEDED: Chemical monitoring change form has been sent in to change schedule
