| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting nitrate follow up DETAILS: Operation failed to report Nitrate and lead and copper for 2011. I spoke with Melvin and he did confirm testing was not done. Nitrate samples are scheduled to be pulled 2/16/12, the lead and copper samples will have to wait until June - September 2012 ACTION NEEDED: Return to compliance the syste when nitrate testing had been submitte. | ||
