Details: SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: Site visit to investigate non reporting. Ed, operator, told me he did the test back in October and was surprised the results werent sent in. I reminded him that labs always do not report and that he should check on line. I also told him he needed to post a public notice and to get the results sent in soon. ACTION NEEDED: Await results.
