| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Spoke to Jeff the maintenance manager by phone. Jeff stated that 4 more samples had been taken and that the results had come back clean this afternoon. I advised Jeff that a hose is not the best fixture to take a sample from for a sample representative of the source. Jeff agreed ACTION NEEDED: No follow up is needed. I made Jeff aware that 5 repeat samples would need to be taken in May | ||
