Details:	SUMMARY: Nitrate boil order DETAILS: Source sample results negative for well 23. Boil order lifted but nitrate notice remains in effect. Facility has engineering consultant appointment scheduled for 5/18 to address nitrate abatement resolution. Additional distribution samples, five, will need to be taken in June to confirm current status. During the phone call we discussed further activity regarding getting well #1 back into service. There id no bypass or pump to waste plumbing available for any of the wells. In order to flush well one the firm plans to shut down their facility during the night and valve off the distribution. Well 2 will be valve off and then open up well 1 and turn on the irrigating system. Well 2 will be valve off and then open up well 1 and turn on the irrigation system. The firm will flush well 1 through the irrigation system until no chlorine residual remains. After the flush is completed well #1 will be valved off and well 2 will be reengaged to the distribution system. Additional source testing for well 1 will be conducted upon notification of completion. Well 1 must remain out of service until further notice. ACTION NEEDED: Continued monitoring and assessment.
