Details:	SUMMARY: Current boil order DETAILS: Well #2 vault is now accessible. No flooding evident at vault. Management of firm addressed environmental hazard represented by leaking fluids originating from trailer by using oil booms and absorbent granules. Well #1 valve off from distribution system. 5 source samples collected from well #2 via the sand trap prior to the water meter. No formal sample tap available. There was some discussion on design and construction requirements. The firm has begun investigating the process of redesigning the vault and has concerns regarding the potential requirement fore the construction of a structure above grade in the parking area. The firm would prefer constructing an elevated concrete structure that can be driven over but would be designated no parking and preclude storm water run off by increased elevation. ACTION NEEDED: continued monitoring and assessment.
