| Details: | SUMMARY: Discuss with operator how Ground Water Rule (GWR) affects coliform sampling DETAILS: This water system has 3 springs that supply 100% of the citys water. Spring #1 flows into Spring 2 and the combined flow enters Spring #3 water is then drawn into the system and treated with gaseous chlorine. If there was a positive in distribution one of the repeat samples would have to be from the combined source sample. If that sample was Ecoli positive then each of the springs would have to be independently samples. Currently there is no individual raw water sample on each of the springs. ACTION NEEDED: Check with Michelle Byrd to see about assessment sample, would each spring have to be sampled independently | ||
