| Details: | SUMMARY: Confirmed Ecoli detections in source DETAILS: Chris has disinfected and flushed the well and has reestablished a chlorine residual in the distribution, 0.8ppm as of today. They have provided me a copy of the boil water notice and I forwarded it to the state. Chris is going to take 4 more repeat samples in the distribution and increase the chlorine residual in the distribution to 1.0ppm. The system will need 4 log disinfections verification to remove the boil water requirement. ACTION NEEDED: Disinfection verification, repeat and routine samples. | ||
