| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat sample positive for Ecoli DETAILS: One repeat sample collected from the distribution system tested positive for Ecoli. I spoke with Kurt and we discussed issuing the boil water notice, template was emailed to him, disinfecting the system and collecting five temporary routines in May (after the chlorine is flushed out of the system) I called Cathy Thompson and she agreed to close Prospect Pizza until further notice. 5/3/12 Neilson research confirmed that five temporary routines collected yesterday from the distribution system were all absent of bacteria. I informed Kurt he could lift the boil water notice. I called Cathy and informed her she can re-open the restaurant. ACTION NEEDED: Boil water notice needs to be issued, system disinfected, five temporary routines in May. If all five temporary routines are coliform absent, then one routine due in June. | ||
