| Details: | SUMMARY: Access to source DETAILS: Obtained permission from private property owner to access the source spring by using his driveway and walking on his land. Permission was provided by voice mail 5 days after on-site visit. Voice mail did not record Norms last name clearly and Norm did not provide a phone number. ACTION NEEDED: Return to see if the in-stream stand pipe remains plumbed into the system as this would be a surface water source. Also check to see if proper cover and seal is installed over spring. Consider collecting total coliform sample. | ||
