| Details: | SUMMARY: Spot check turbidity and chlorine DETAILS: Arrived onsite mid-afternoon. Treatment system is now enclosed and locked. Operator not on-site. Flushed and sampled last users hose bib for turbidity and chlorine residual. Turbidity was 3.4 NTU (meter calibrated to within 5% of secondary standard). Chlorine residual was over 2.2 mg/L. Did not have chlorine-free water to dilute sample, though color was very intense and possibly over 4.0 mg/L. Asked a handfull of residents if they knew when operator would return. No one knew. Boil water notices still posted. ACTION NEEDED: Check June MOR for recorded turbidity value on 14th. | ||
